Fine Silver Charms (Part 1)

This class is suitable for beginners and people who have had a little experience with silver clay. Our Precious Metal Clay expert Emma Gordon will show you how to make beautiful fine silver charms from Precious Metal Clay. In this PMC taster session you will be shown how to make the little charms which can adorn any chain or bracelet you currently have. You will have enough PMC to make two of these, so they would also be perfect for a pair of earrings!

Please note this class is divided into 2 90 minute slots. The cost of the class is £24. The cost of the pure silver clay, clasps and cubic zirconias is £20, payable to Emma on the day. A great opportunity to get to grips with PMC at an amazing price.

Tiara Techniques
Jen O’Flaherty

Jen will guide you through some essential techniques of wire wrapping and twisting – you’ll be delighted with the results! The wedding season is fast approaching, but you’ll be able to use the techniques learnt in this class to make all sorts of gorgeous wire wrapped jewellery. All the materials for this class are included in the cost.

Back by very popular demand is Janet’s bead weaving class. Learn the versatile Herringbone Weave technique to make this stunning bracelet. Janet will show you lots of examples of pieces made up using this stitch. This is a great class for beginners and you should be able to finish your bracelet in the class. It seems that bead lovers just can’t get enough of these bracelets! In this fun class, Louise lets you into the secrets of the knots that are the essential components of the bracelet. Once you’ve learned the technique you’ll be able to use it with lots of different styles of beads – Shamballa bracelets don’t always need to be bling!
